Hosting, AI-Generated Content, and Project Timeframe Disclaimer

• Free Website Domain: A complimentary website domain will be purchased by Zuniga Creative Design Agency and renewed annually. Domain ownership remains active as long as the hosting subscription is current.
• Website Hosting Requirement: All websites require an active hosting package managed by Zuniga Creative. Clients may choose between:
• AlmaLinux 9 (Linux) – $79/month subscription
• AWS Cloud Hosting – $159/month subscription
• Both plans are billed monthly through Zuniga Creative for the lifespan of the website. Hosting costs cover maintenance, performance monitoring, and security updates.
• AI-Generated Videos: Each project includes up to three (3) AI-generated videos, each with a duration of 60–90 seconds. Additional videos or longer runtimes may incur extra production fees.
• Project Timeframe: The 2-week or 4-week delivery window begins only after the client has approved all AI SEO content writing, AI generated images, and AI generated videos. Delays in approval, payment, or content feedback may extend the delivery timeline.
