At Rosetta Marketing Group, asthe Production Design Manager,

Led effort to create promotional emails for the launch of (2) Call of Duty campaigns; Black Ops 2 and Ghosts. Concepts for the 9th & 10th releases from the Call of Duty franchise were focused around the persona of the hardcore gamer.

The emails, which started about a month before the November game launch, captured the attention of the mediagamer blogs (like Charlie Intel), and influencers (on more than one occasion) while fans voiced their excitement with screenshots of the emails on social media.

Drive significantly greater revenue by increasing the velocity and relevance of every interaction between Activision and gamers with a focus on efficiency and flawless execution.

My Role

Collaboration between technology and creative help create weekly newsletter emails to gamers that would display personalized content: milestones and achievements, weekly and monthly statistics, recommended modes based of gameplay, and tips. Providing relevant content would allow the gamer to remain engaged with the game over an extended period of time. Over 300 content modules were created to fit within a responsive design framework that would allow the emails to be optimized for mobile.

Immediately following the launch of the personalized newsletter program there was a 350% increase in social media activity (mostly positive) referencing Call of Duty emails.
