LVING Inc | iOS AppFigma + FlutterFlow
Currently on a contract for one year to analyze “The Client’s” documents, conduct thematic analysis, and create user personas and journey maps. I then designed mid-fidelity wireframes, transforming them into interactive prototypes for user testing. Finally, I worked closely with the development team to integrate UI elements into the Flutter Flow mobile app.

Prior to Starting Project
Client Supplied Docs to Review
Before the project began, the client supplied key documents for review, allowing for thorough analysis and insight gathering to guide the design and development process.
01| Implement Docs into Thematic Analysis
By following a structured approach, I effectively gathered user requirements, insights, and feedback to inform the design and development direction. By actively listen to users, partners, and stakeholders, I remained flexible in my approach, and adapting the discussion as needed to accommodate a diverse perspectives and experiences.
02| Create User Personas
& User Journey Maps
I created detailed user personas and journey maps in Figma to better understand our target market. These tools allowed me to visualize user behaviors, needs, and pain points, helping to inform and guide the design process for our project.
03| Create a Figma
Design System
I developed a comprehensive Figma design system to ensure consistency across all wireframes and UI elements. This included standardized typography, color palettes, components, and interactive elements, streamlining the design process for a seamless user experience.

04| Create Mid-Fidelty Wireframes
To meet the milestone deadline, stakeholders opted to skip low-fidelity wireframes and move directly to mid-fidelity wireframes. We began designing mid-fidelity prototypes in Figma, gathering feedback from eight user participants to refine the app’s usability. With each iteration, I adjusted the user experience based on their insights, ensuring the final product was intuitive, seamless, and user-friendly.
Usability Strategic User Testing
Enhancing Usability
Guiding Stakeholders with Proven Testing Methods to Refine the User Experience
Although I was not part of the initial Participant User Testing, I actively assisted stakeholders by introducing effective testing methods such as the Black Hat Session, Quick & Dirty Usability Test, and the Five-Second Test. These approaches provided valuable insights into user behavior, allowing us to identify pain points and refine the app’s usability. By leveraging participant feedback, we continuously improved the user experience, ensuring a more intuitive and user-friendly product.
Fast-Tracking Development
Without Hi-Fidelity Wireframes
Currently, to meet the milestone deadline, stakeholders moved straight from mid-fidelity wireframes to Flutter Flow development.
